1. Purchase a Relaxation
                           tape/CD from your local book shop or borrow one from your library.  Begin to listen
                           to it once a day. 
                            
                           2. Read chapters on relaxation
                           in the suggested course workbook - The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Work Book by Martha Davis. 
                            
                           3.  Carry on with diaphragmatic
                           breathing taught in session 1.
                            
                           
                           
                           4.  Calculate your daily
                           caffeine intake and record your score.
                            
                           
                           
                           5. Contact your local Adult
                           Education Centre for details of their courses on Tai Chi. 
                            
                           6.  Take the Cooper Stress
                           Self-Test and record your score.
