Stress - Action Plan

1.     Obtain a copy of the course book The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook by M. Davis

 

2.     Read and re-read Session 1 Course notes

 

3.     Fill in Stress Self Test Session 1, and record your score

 

4.     Fill in Type A/B personality, and record your score

 

5.     Start practicing diaphragmatic breathing

 

6.     Read Chapter 3: Breathing P21 30 from The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook (Course book)

 

7.     Use the breathing log every day to record the number of breaths you take in one minute.
