1. Read Chapter 20 on Exercise in course workbook The Relaxation and Stress Reduction workbook.

 

2. Carry on reducing caffeine intake

 

3. Continue diaphragmatic breathing and relaxation

 

4. Work out your Exercise Heart Rate Range

 

5. Fill in Par Q fitness test and if required see your doctor

 

6. Start exercise program
